    We ARE RECRUITING! We’re looking for an Interim Finance and Admin. Manager

    The Finance & Administration Manager is a key position within the finance team and acts as the Office Manager for administration and maintenance of information and communication systems. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Operations, the Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for the provision of timely and accurate financial and data record-keeping within LIFT and externally, as well as providing key input into financial strategy by maintaining robust and efficient information processes and systems within the organisation.

    The post holder will have the ambition and enthusiasm to drive change in the department to meet the needs of an evolving organisation. A good communicator, with the ability to work with a range of staff across all LIFT functions, you will have excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills, hands-on financial experience as well as an ability to be comfortable brokering, recording and updating various types of non-financial and financial information.

    INTERIM FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

    Job title: Interim Finance & Administration Manager

    Reports to: Head of Finance & Operations

    Responsible for: Overall management of Placement scheme, Festival Apprentice

    Hours: FT 35 hours per week

    Contract: Fixed-term 6-month contract (approx. Sept 2021 – February 2022)

    Salary range: £28,000 FTE (£14,000 over 6 months)

    Main Purpose of Role: To support the Head of Finance & Operations and LIFT team in the smooth running of LIFT and the delivery of our creative projects and biennial festival.
