  • Volunteer at LIFT 2018

    23rd April 2018

This opportunity has now passed and we are no longer accepting applications.

That LIFT team is the best ever and it's an amazing way to get into the arts, use your passion and enthusiasm helping create the greatest festival in London. It was such a pleasure to be a part of something so extraordinary.

    LIFT Festival Volunteer

LIFT simply couldn’t happen without our team of incredible volunteers that support the festival.

People from all walks of life, for all sorts of reasons, generously bring their skill, passion and knowledge to help make our dynamic festival for London happen, each playing a vital part across a wide range of roles at the heart of LIFT. You can give as much or as little time as you’d like with opportunities from May right through to the end of the festival in July, and everyone is welcome, no specific experience is required.

See a different side of the festival, make friends, use and develop your skills in a creative context, try something new and experience the arts up close – from 1,500 LED-lit pigeons soaring over the River Thames, to a theatrical haunted house in the heart of King’s Cross.

“LIFT is without doubt a team effort and the generosity, insight and sense of humour LIFT volunteers bring to the table is inspiring. Having volunteered at various events, I know the value and transformation of the experience and connections made that can last a lifetime. And where better to get involved than on the stage that is across this amazing international city.”

    – Beki Bateson, Executive Director & Joint CEO
