If you’re over 18 and want to learn more about arts management, our Placement Programme offers a structured work experience programme and an opportunity to learn ‘on the job’ by observing the internal workings of LIFT.

 

If you’re 16-24, our Festival Crew offers you the chance to learn about lighting design, sound design and front of house management. No previous experience is required and you receive an Arts Award Accreditation as well as First Aid training.

 

If you’re over 16, our Volunteers Programme offers opportunities throughout the year. The wide range of work available includes stewarding theatrical performances and big outdoor events to handing out brochures and other promotional activities.
