Development Director

Catherine came on board as LIFT’s Development Director in autumn 2008, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management at Cass Business School.

Catherine worked at the University of Westminster for her first five years in the UK. There she helped establish a number of projects that increased the connection between the arts and ‘creative industries,’ including the development of P3, a subterranean venue at Baker Street where students, academics and creative professionals develop and exhibit boundary breaking work.

Catherine came to the UK from The International Festival of Arts & Ideas in New Haven Connecticut, where she was privileged to work with Mary Miller (ENO Studios, Stavanger 2008) and Cynthia Hedstrom (Wooster Group). Catherine moved firmly into the cultural sector after a corporate stint in Madison Avenue advertising at Young & Rubicam’s Wunderman.
